Today, Olaf came to inspect my AC unit and Noah came to address a plumbing issue. My experience with this company was exceptional. Both Olaf and Noah were thorough, straight forward, and honest. Everything from making the appointment, the communication, expertise and professionalism was far above par. It is so refreshing and inspiring to realize great customer service hasn't died. Scott the master installer was professional and great to work with, and his team Ryan and Gabriel were also professional, courteous and respectful of our home. They completed the job on time as promised, with excellent workmanship. Thomas, the technician who quoted the job, was extremely knowledgeable, polite, and took the time to offer multiple options that fit our budget. Mike, the supervisor, also provided outstanding service, ensuring our needs were met and keeping us well-informed throughout the process. Preferred Home Services did an excellent job repairing my water heater. They were quick in getting me on the schedule and their employees were impressive. Specifically, technician Steven Ross was exceptional and is someone any company/customer would be lucky to work with. Highly recommend PHS and Mr. Ross!

Such an impressive company and detail oriented. They installed a bathroom in my garage and ran the line to tie into my existing sewer line. The job was done quickly but also very professional and every employee I spoke with or came out to work were just amazing. So friendly, professional, knowledgeable and helpful. Definitely recommend this company and will use them again if I need work done.

Preferred Home Services from day 1, Outstanding. Always great service and technicians friendly, efficient and informative. I had a HVAC tech ( Garrett ) on 1/30 and an Electrician ( Sean ) on 1/30/25 and they were fantastic. Came in did their thing and gave me all honest opinions and recommendations. Can't ask for more. They're recommendations have been received and will be acted put into action. Preferred Home Services are a great choice. I recommend them to everyone.

Noah provided a rapid response, excellent work, great clean up. Friendly, courteous, knowledgeable, and explained everything!! Careful with our property, only did work we agreed to. Gave excellent recommendations for next steps and suggested potential venders for other restoration efforts. Will use Preferred for my home services first choice!

Showed up on time and we'll dressed. So well dressed, it looked as if the gentleman hadn't worked all day. Did a walk through and basically showed everything that I needed done. The gentleman did a walk through and came up with a price after about an hour and and half. This include the entire interaction time. Price came to $450 per outlet! That's ridiculous! I needed 4 switches installed and 4 plugs. Did not need any rewire. He said he could replace all 8 for 2k or all plugs in he house for 3.5k. I only need plugs put back in where sheetrock was repaired, not a entire house. The gentleman spent another hour in the driveway doing final paperwork. He was on-site for almost 4 hours and only got 59.99 . I would have paid $500, but not 2 or 3k.
